Controls :

Arrow Keys to move, Space to Jump, Shift to run

You can control a tentacle by pressing Q  using Arrow Keys to move it, Space to drag or press an object, Shift to retract the tentacle. 

Retracting fully the tentacle allows to get back to Character Control.
